Thank you for your concern Cardina Grammeter. However when I talked to Jay , I asked him to disclose any information that he felt comfortable releasing. Not at anytime did he hesitate, or ask me to kept his name and any information confidential. Had I not released his name and phone number, someone else would of questioned who gave me this information and is it real. In the interest of trying to put information out to all on this board, I felt I should disclose the contact information so it could be verified as true. Unfortunately, maybe Jay realized to late that he should not release any information at all to me. I say this because now I can't get a returned call or e-mail from him. I would do it again if it helped just one number here make their decision whether to hold, buy or sale.
