My opinion is Mr. Foley should know if he is dealing with big business and they have to approve everything, hence he should never make a commitment for a firm date when it is out of his control. This is a receipe for distrust and question the leadership. Hopefully a release will be forthcoming today.

I think the stock and the company will do fine, but I don't like being given dates that you can't deliver on. Better to say nothing than to make comments you fail to fulfill.
