From June 2000 to August 2002, he served as the Regional Manager and Vice President of Investments of First National Investment Services, a division of First National Bank. Mr. Parilla began his career in finance with Morgan Stanley and has been an investment broker over the last decade. Mr. Parilla sits on several private boards in his community. Mr. Parilla received his B.A. in Economics from Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pennsylvania.
