Actually if you look further into the reporting you will see NORTHEASTERN CONSOLIDATED ENERGY PARTNERS INC has drilling permits acquired 02/04/2013 for Rice 3,4,5,14 and 15 -- not spudded yet. Coincidence? 5 Rice wells, permits acquired in Q1 ... are we sure we are seeing videos of OUR drilling sites? I hope so.
