Very strange trading action. I have had a confirmed buy order in since 2PM, the order remains open and Lev II shows no bid. Even with a trading halt, if that were the case, the bid would at least show. Very strange... could be an ominous sign. The buy order is within the days trading range, not at some unrealistic offer.
