Nightrider, I do not know how many shares it took to buy Digifonica, but it doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out that a patent portfolio worth billions is going to cost money. Another point that is lost is that I would bet that any shares that would have been issued would have been restricted. That means they are tied up for a year and not hitting the float anytime soon. Furthermore, if a buyout takes place within a year, they will NEVER hit the float.
