Chief, if you are waiting for transparency that could be some wait. You are talking about the company that claimed for six months to be operating Island Studios when all the press about the studio only mentioned an outfit called "Mountain View Media Village". They finally achieved "transparency" with that little tidbit when they claimed to be leasing the studio to Mountain View and then announced they were dropping the lease altogether.
And a preferred share is how many common shares?
