Is worth a try to contact the SEC. and i commend any imvestor for making the effort, good luck. However, it has been my experience, when dealing with such scams as WAFR, the SEC has the attitude, we told you to beware, deal with it, we don't have the resources. Dog, don't expect anything of value from WAFR or the bd member dale churchill. From recent posts it seems one feels that whether WAFR is a scam is no longer a question. Promises of things to come are a staple of WAFR. ((well pink scams do often come thru with bd and manager changes, is in the book. Sometimes they file an S-1. but that will reveal much more than they really want to so they drag it out with multiple S-1A's, but more often than not that first S-1 filling will allow them to sell shares)Is it even remotely conceivable that a no biz company would need so many bd members? is it remotely probable that a company with proprietary tech of need to any company would be in such dire straights? Dog, why do they always have an excuse for not answering real questions,,,it is because the truthful answer would make WAFR much too
visible in the sewer in which it lies.
