VPLM has been in existence since 1997. In that entire 16 year history they have NEVER had a reverse split. That in and of itself is not only remarkable but it is a testament to the fact they are about increasing and maintaining shareholder value.
So 16 years later they have authorized shares (not outstanding) of 901M and a potentially multi-billion dollar patent portfolio and a historic increase in pps and volume. What do people expect them to acquire a multi-billion dollar patent portfolio with, jelly beans?
Anyone that thinks they have not acted responsibly with their share structure does not really understand how things work.
