To the MDHI investor, I have been incrementally investing in MDHI for 3 years. I love the product and the company’s determination to be successful. It’s tough out there! As an experienced investor who has previously held an NASD Series 7 certification (Broker!), I frequently communicate with the CEO of MDHI to check out facts and get the current corp status. It’s been a rough ride with corp mistakes and occasionally a loss of focus. I’ve been in that position several times in my business career, and I’m truly delighted that MDHI has pulled this effort together. For an unfunded business to get this far is almost impossible. A majority of the opinions on this Blog appropriately touch on the PAST. Get over it! We are about to embark on a once-in-a-lifetime journey.
The CEO, Ronnie Adams, responded immediately to my July 11th email (attached below). My admiration for his leadership should be apparent. I interpret his comments as a positive action to announce the SEC Fiscal filings at least one week before the filings are made public. I trust that we’ll see the SEC reports as promised by July 31st. I have no knowledge of the detailed content of the accounting. I do have HOPE!

I commend you for turning the MDHI corporation around. With a limited staff, you have admirably managed investor relationships, financial planning, product development, manufacturing, inventory control, marketing, sales, call center operations, and distribution. You have performed with excellence. Now for the finishing touches, and believe me, I wish I were there to assist.
I hope & pray that we are close to both the 4Q13 and Fiscal-Year-End SEC filings.
For beneficial stockholder planning and investor relationships, I encourage you to formally announce the SEC filing date in advance. This will give MDHI more street-cred with current and future MDHI investors, not to mentions larger financial organizations. I personally would like to know the projected filing date a week in advance.
I've seen micro & small companies not announce the filing date, and the smaller investors suffered unmercifully from insignificant feelings of importance. They are critically important in my humble opinion. Also, if the fiscal results are as enlightening as I hope they will be, please have a telephone conference right after the SEC filing release.
I'm really excited and anticipating a successful MDHI year.
