Just reading the most recent annual financials reporting, which as of Dec, 31, 2012 it is unaudited. Also in the findings, the company claims it is millions in capital deficit, meaning they are broke and owe a lot of money before becoming profitable right? I also noticed in the annual report, in the "Going Concern" section, it is explained in detail how much company is in debt- "an accumulated deficit of $20,379,675." The report also noted that SUTI only had two customers which was majority owned by a single stockholder, and they have terminated their contract as WildCap Energy Inc. How can a company suceed with such a huge burden of debt???
