Still-trying...great post! Only one thing...I don't think there can be any fraudulant certificates. When, if ever, the float were to run out, the Transfer Agent could not certify your shares, else they would go to the slammer. lol. At some time, like the name change, they do have to do a count, and it has to be accurate...that is their purpose.
