bull, u r a smart individual... the uk gov rep said something they are just delaying this to give the uk plastics manufacturers the opportunity to "catch up"... there is more pressure daily from global and fortunately cerp has something they need... we have seen this many times where a company does what cerp did and cuts costs and acts "smarter"... most times I have seen this as a result of guidance from someone with an interest who makes some suggestions based on where they may go together in the future (JV or ??)... did Freddie (who is likely v smart in certain areas) wake up one day and decide to run this co in a diff manner or was he led that way... I don't see paul Pelosi remaining on the board of a useless company - makes no sense as the guy has lots of options...
