With respect to the 10% stake by tbe Majority Owners, I have not ever seen this done through the purchase of common shares. It appears to me they are trying to kill two birds with one stone-increasing value + 10% stake. IMO SEC will prob. frown on this as it would leave many market makers oweing BIG as they get caught by the surprise of sudden increase with a credit purchase-i.e.,lawsuits. UNLESS. an anouncement is made prior which would consequently cause a buying frenzy making it much more expensive for the M.O. Looks to me like VERY HIGH RISK FOR THE M.O. Has anyone done this before? And when?
