Hi Zeev,

Couldn't resist, my ears were burning and here you all were discussing my two favorites, OPC and red wine.
I myself am just sipping a really nice Estancia cabernet while catching up on the week.
My suggestion is OPC in morning on empty stomach, and wine in early evening after a little food.
Or maybe the reverse order would be helpful for better trading results for me.VBG
