NO...Netcents is not using any of On4's technology...Netcents is far too busy trying to get their own concept up and running...This has been seven years in the making and Clayton has been working too hard trying to make HIS "baby" become reality...There really is zero technology shared btwn the two and Im not sure what is actually left of On4s technology?...They have sold off most...If not all...Of their intellectual property...The "911" GPS pet stuff...The charity tunes thing...All non-existent...At this stge On4 is strictly a "shell" that Netcents needs to help them enter the public market...Im quite sure that if and when the merger does happen the name On4 will be gone and the company will trade trade under the Netcents name and obviously with a new trade symbol...
