I'm a shareholder and loved its northward movement yesterday. But I'm confused....maybe someone can explain something to me or I missed something. Yesterday's PR stated that "Oriens Explores $30 Million Merger/Acquisition Opportunity." This is not a letter of intent or a confirmed acquisition......it says Oriens is exploring the merger. Why did the stock go up on an exploration of acquisition news? The way I see Oriens can back out anytime it wants. Can someone explain this to me? Thanks.
