HB: not sure if I got it right from the video. Can you or somebody who was there explain how Solomon got from 28,000 RMB (or approx. $4.5/kg) to 66,000RMB deboned to 3x66,000 RMB per MT of beef with the slaughterhouse? Does it mean he expects to resell the beef at retail prices of 198,000 RMB/MT or about $31-32/kg? so much for a kg beef?
