Fannie Mae-No Politics (FNMA)

I agree all those parties have to make a significant impact on deciding the outcome of these 2 bills. It just seems like it would be a HUGE risk trying to phase out FNMA/FMCC with disrupting the recovery of the economy. We can't afford to go into another economy crash like a few years ago. They back so much of the real estate and have been around so long. I hope they come to their senses and decide just a few minor modifications need to be done (more rules for lending).
