Summary for quarterly Report on 15 August :

Suspect Detection Systems signing a contract with one of India's large commercial conglomerates, providing further evidence of Suspect Detection Systems' growing presence in India.
The contract has yielded immediate revenues that will be realized during Q2 2013.
"Cogito is now being used in India's governmental, academic and private sectors.
We are extremely pleased that our extensive efforts have enabled us to penetrate all sectors of India's rapidly growing markets which we believe will translate to significant commercial success during the remainder of 2013 and thereafter. We are hopeful that the signing of the present contract should lead to additional contracts in the private sector, among others in India, in the near future."

"Suspect Detection Systems Inc.is continuing its efforts to improve cash flow, which will also improve our financial condition and should result in share priceappreciation. Our long-term planincludes seekingto upgrade our share listings tohigher level exchanges including foreign listings in the future."

-Suspect Detection Systems has won a bid in India to sell multiple COGITO unitsand provide 5 year maintenance (recurrent revenues). The customer is India State Police in one of India's largest states.-

-Suspect Detection Systems has sold multiple units of the Cogito automated interrogation system to a private sector security firm in one of the world's largest nations.
The sale was completed in the same nation in which Cogito technology is currently being certified for use by federal law enforcement. The marketing and distribution company responsible for introducing Cogito to the private sector security industry is not the same defense contractor working to certify Cogito for use by law enforcement agencies.-

Same Nation in which is Cogito tested :
Suspect Detection Systems has recently completed a successful pilot with federal law enforcement agencies in a country that was part of the Former Soviet Union.

NEXT QUARTERLY REPORT will be very exciting.
