LOL, where is the proof that the CDEX CEO actually voted shares he no longer had. tia

Where is the proof of the counted votes that was conducted by known crooks? tia

Who actually counts the proxy votes? tia

All the Cdex team were present for the shareholders meeting. aaaw.

The significant part was for the third straight year, a non-double degreed CEO, had a shareholders meeting that a shareholder had the right to attend.

With a little DD, one would find that the any test lab franchise, that the Cdex Dr. Terrell is an owner in, is the same as every other independently owned franchise company in the world (from McDonald's to Best Western to H&R Block to 7-Eleven) - The same principal applies at Cdex as ALTN, if you're not successful you fail and don't get your money back - there's no crop insurance in the Public Company world or the franchise world. In the history of any lab test, Dr. Terrell at Cdex found a company where only 2 have closed, the same 2 who failed and sued the company. oops whoops. This company has a higher success rate than Subway, and Cdex is still at the bat, no strike out in sight, and waiting for the right pitch that finds itself over the plate.
