Hey Money...Quick FYI...If u havent already figured out from Clayton's reply...The merger is NOT complete...As a matter of fact Netcents released this months shareholders update yesterday and no mention of the merger...I repeat NO mention of the merger...Now this doesn't mean it won't happen?...I'm quite sure that if Clayton did release such info this could be deemed as insider trading...Which of course would get him into "hotwater"...But as per the update released yesterday the company is still excercising every possible option that is going to best benefit Netcents and their shareholders...I tell u this b/c I am a shareholder in both Netcents and On4...And though I want the merger to happen b/c of my stake in On4...I remain cautiously optimistic and believe that if a merger does take place it will be a reverse merger that will see On4 shares drastically reduced when exchanged for Netcent shares...Hope this offers some insight from a Netcents view point....Not trying to say it is 100% correct just an opinion that seems to be being emphasised through our updates from Clayton...More importantly I hope that everyone reads your post regarding Clayton's reply to you...B/C I do know there are a large # of followers on this sight who do not want to believe what Clayton is saying...Thx for posting his response!!
