Rioting is done by people who are desperate for justice and equality when the powers that be won't allow them. Rioting is done when injustice is forced upon them by fascist, racist, and generally intolerant powers such as a government or one of it's departments. Rioting happens when people are oppressed, hungry, and tired of long term inequality under the law. I will admit that there is probably a large group of people who will simply enter the fray because they may support a cause even though they themselves are not victims of anything. That is a problem with no solution that I'm aware of. We've got to level the playing field though... we are all equal under the law in America and that should be practiced, not just preached. The Constitution and Bill of Rights are being shredded as we speak because corporations, many of them multi-national, have far, far too much power and influence with the government. They have no business whatsoever making our laws, but in fact that is just what they are being allowed to do.
