Oil prices actually declined during much of that period. I doubt any serious losses from hedging activities. Sorry. I just don't buy that. Hearsay from locals in rural China is not a credible indictment to any real extent, in my mind.

Sorry. You are entitled to your opinion. I just do not see it as credible.

The NYSE delisting was the nail in the S/P coffin, IMHO. That had nothing to do with filings in prior years, just the late filing of the last 10-Q. Right?
