Me, since maybe 97 on a pretty steady basis. After getting destroyed the first couple of years, I've learned to watch how they take 'em up and take 'em down....and hopefully, get in somewhere for the ride. One thing I don't do. I don't trade stocks I truly believe are scams. Some are quite evident, but like you, I do look for distressed companies. Right now, my eyes are set on some of the gold and silver stocks who seemingly have decent balance sheets and can weather the downgrades while gold and silver keep declining. Surprise, surprise!
