Further analysis....with the market cap heading for about 3 million dollars and a 1 for 20 reverse split on the current share count...it puts the post split share price at around .15 cents a share...meaning a person who owns 1000 shares of ECOB right now has 12 dollars of equity in his account...post split he owns 50 shares at .15 pps and has 7.50 worth of equity.....amazing and this is a GOOD thing??
