If you look back at the shareholder history of Skinney Cow you'll see that the same scenario occurred when Sam and his partner ran the business. Company announcements were not forthcoming and the majority of stockholders were very upset at management. Apparently until management was backed into a corner by the shareholders they chose to ignore all requests regarding business activities. It appears that history may be repeating itself. I only hope that the outcome is as favorable as it was in the past.
