I would think the influx of shares would have something to do with funding since HIMR is a public company, but if this needs to be explained it certainly could be. What should be important, in my opinion, is the use of this funding and if some plan is in mind for reducing shares going forward. If shares will continue to be converted, then for how long, and what will be the company's end goal.
