Cultivation of marijuana is a federal offense.....Please

explain how it can be grown on SKTO/MG land legally as 2 PR's and the filings say?

People are being sentenced regularly to federal prison. Why is SKTO somehow exempt?

Some want MORE regulations. When implemented, they will then blame
