It's only going to get worse unfortunately. This crooked Judge, has made instant decisions on Laches, and any time Google requests a motion to Delay. You hate to think the Judge is in the Tank with Google, but it appears obvious at this point. Look at the Judge in VHC trial, Judge Davis handled the case appropriately, in a timely fashion. The Laches by JJ was just dirty, and so is Jackson I am afraid. He has no timetable. JJ could take 10 years if he wants to rule.
