The OBSERVATIONS from the FDA have NOTHING to do with the PATENT.
EVEN IF INTELLICELL HAD NO LAB... it wouldn't mean squat in regards to the PATENT.

Intellicel has PROVEN, PATENTED stem cell technology that is in HIGH demand. And now it is IP owned by the company.

For those who do not know...

Fact: There is no correlation btw FDA inspection and SVFC PATENT.

Fact: PATENTS ARE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. IT CAN BE SOLD, RENTED OUT etc.
