What a simple concept for success.

Employ only pretty girls (Oh to be the Interviewer he gets to pay the owners to do the job LOL)

Pay them very little (the customers pay)

And the girls think its a privelege to work there because its a confirmation of their beauty !

Now why couldn't I have done that LOL.
