We have a group of 25 investors. We only invest in very likely merger plays.
We are invested in DUSS for a reverse merger. We like the low share structure, the low debt and the interim CEO, Ms. Natalie Bannister, a true professional well known and respected within the M&A arena. Each investor in our group invests in their own brokerage account where some have bought from 2m shares to 5m shares. Others are still accumulating and just about all of us will increase our positions with confirmation of the merger.
