Enough of that "motel" crap and trying to make it sound glamorous. It is in a slum part of town and falling apart. No units are being rented as far as I can see...they are all boarded up. He probably picked it up from the bank on the cheap, and that is why he is living there. It is close to the recycling plant and Thorold headquarters, that is all. You wouldn't catch me living there.
