As i see it the cc was quite positive. I didnt expect that managment would say more of what they have actually said. It was just a quarterly financial report which is aimed merely to give a picture of the financial situation of the company.
The positive side is that King confirmed that after the fda green light more than one entity approached pphm to start fresh negotiations in addition to the "ongoing" old negotiations.
Further from the CC it appears that pphm aim is clearly to position itself to start the p3 trial....not alone.....but with a partner.
No news if im not wrong with reference to the class action: i think that no partnership will be announced prior to the settlement of these actions. It would be unrealistic that they announce a partner prior to assess this matter.
As i see it the future will reserve us many positive outcomes... first with p3 trial but also with all other indications such as breast and likely, not to mention the viruses and so on.
Avid news are very positive not only for the cash income but especially for a future BTD.
Having said that i note that after FDA ok i only increased my exposition for a 20%.Now that i see matter progressing i will therefore increase my pphm portfolio up to 50% of what i owned prior to fda green light.
