It does matter. Especially when news have not been issued for months but yet the pps is increasing without it. That tells you something is stirring up behind those doors. Why would someone buy (No News) and just DUMP right when it hits pennyland? When everyone here is praising for .25 or dollar (LMAO!). Those boys are good manipulators. Obviously they've brought in the masses. More to dump their share to. That's the magic that goes on behind closed doors. .01-.03 is as far as it gets. Possibly .06 who knows. Take your profit IF you reach to the moon again. 'IF'


Anyone: Name one company in the OTC that went From .000 to .25-1. without a R/S?
