They are likely selling enough residential units to pay the 1000 per month on overhead at the shared rent location. No commercial sales since last June and over 200 commercial sales before that. What makes this such a gem to me is that they are likely to make at least one more commercial sale for the 1st time in over a year any day now and am almost certain before the end of summer. One new commercial sale pr should take us back over a dime.
