Its gooberish you mention it. I say yes. You might have to wait another 5 years but the NOL provisions are carry forward 25 years.....IMO new wamu will eventually be bought out. I have been buying on da pullback...wamu is my fun play after da crisis....don't tell da goobers on dat board though...I will be there as soon as there is finality on lehman and GSEs....go figure...devil
