What is the catalyst for this stock to jump? It has been mimicking Fannie or Freddie lately. What gives? Although I have noticed that it has found a home here in the 6's instead of the 3's again.

Housing numbers??
Jobs?
Consumer confidence??

I can't find a pattern.
