Unquestionably the whole e-commerce world is well aware of MyEcheck and it's potential. I think it's simply google vs. Ebay in this bidding war. Contract negotiations are a very compicated process at this point involving many ramifications based on your decisions. I feel Ed's frustration when so much is at stake during a complex negotiation and a shareholder calls at 5:45 a.m. wanting info. with a gag order in place. Perhaps 20 years from now Ed will sit down and reflect back to these days of intensely thinking things thru this long process and chuckle thinking about his shareholders calling him. I believe his character to be genuine and that is very important to me in my investment decisions.
