Come on now...

I see that no matter how much awful news comes out SPECIFIC TO SKTO, it's attempted to sweep it under the rug.

Why did the stock go down a ton today? Because people sold. Lots of em. Yesterday too. Why did they sell? Because they realized the company diluted their shares by 1/3 (even though it raised the A/S by 1/2 the total, it's 250K of 750K, so that 100% now represents 66%), did it without telling them (the day after yet another fluffy press release, as I-Glow has backed up with similar information from SKTO's past PRs), and did it with no reason when they're "allegedly" going to have a merger, and there is no sense in adding to what was already going to be a 1.5 billion share A/S.

For those who claim that SKTO didn't "hide" the raising of the A/S, from a TECHNICAL STANDPOINT, you're right. If you were going to the Delaware SOS daily, you were bound to find it. However, from an ETHICAL standpoint, they most certainly did hide it, considering they felt it was so important to PR all sorts of other things that DID NOT HAPPEN, like the AEGY Dividend to SKTO shareholders, which was given not one but TWO different PR mentions (may have been 3?). There is blatant lying, and then there is lying by omission. This is more of the latter.

While some attempt to twist the facts put out there by Integral, SCM, I-Glow, and others, the company sells shares.
Here's a question...How many of the shares "sold" since June 28 were the company dumping? How do we know that the company hadn't far exceeded even that 750 million number before putting out that amendment? Answer...we don't. But WHY don't we? Because they've got the TA gagged and have stayed dark. Posting to OTCMarkets doesn't do the SEC anything. The UNAUDITED financials and an attorney letter that the attorney might regret having filed don't say much.

With regards to SCM and the "Scam/Scheme" scenario...SCM is right. The company, to SOME extent (believe me not as much as people probably hope), covered their tail with all of the wording in the filings. They could post whatever revenue they want in the 2Q, and I'm going to bet the revenue matches the amounts laid out in the "contracts." I'm also going to bet on them trying to claim they got some receivables, because there's not going to be an audit, and since it's clear that the company relies on Investors Hub commentary to craft their PRs and documents, they know that everyone here is looking for the 5 million claimed in the 1Q document. So I pretty much expect them to "write" that they collected the 5 million, though I expect them to find a way to "use up" all of that cash, and to see the 2Q revenues as "receivables," too. It dangles the carrot out there another 3 months while people wait for the audit that never comes. Remember, engaging an auditor you've "named" to other Hipple/Jan entities doesn't say much.
But the company has made it absolutely clear that they may not collect a single dollar...so if they don't, "TECHNICALLY" they didn't do anything wrong. They warned everyone, and those who took the IRP bait will have to live with it.
It is already clear to me that the dividend will never see the light of day. It's been well documented that AEGY has issues that should they attempt the S-1, will shoot the stock down in a blink, because the SEC will gravitate right to the flags.
And since we'll never see audited financials IMO from SKTO, they can continue to toss out there whatever revenues they feel like (or whatever is posted by the Cybersleuths is not going to happen), in order to boost the longs' morale, while they dump into every runup.
The last two days have shown that shareholders are exiting. There is no sustained upward pressure. And the noose is tightening on SKTO.

Nobody has been able to dispute I-Glow's assertion that Berkley-Bio is operating illegally.
Nobody has been able to dispute the FEDERAL LAW that states MJ and CBD are illegal drugs.

The reason MMJ stocks are fading to black is because investors are realizing that there will not be any federal law change anytime soon...Whether or not it comes years from now, another story...but I doubt most if not all of the MJ tickers exist in that time, and I bet like I-Glow says that IF they legalize, it will be a Pfizer, Bristol-Myers Squibb, or someone like that who the Government makes sure is handling everything.

CAVEAT HEMPTOR!
