his first paragraph is illogical, suffers somewhat from mental paralysis.
Suggest he reads a book on formal logic. The greeks were good at doing that
logic bit when they were not making kebabs or
inventing the modern world. He should read Aristotle. It would help order
his thinking and perhaps
inculcate some degree of mechanical virtuosity to his thinking. Being
ignorant is one problem, but
lacking the mental equipment to cure that condition is a cruel dish nature
has served him. The courts and the sec will decide who is responsible and
move against those who it deems responsible irrespective of what I shall do.
This case is not being tried on the internet.

My original shareholdersd and I have been together for many years prior to
bcit and control 95%
of the company hence the miniscule real float out there. They are all
insiders and have a blow by blow account of this saga. This has also been
the case in the past so for all practical purposes
announcem,ents are irrelevant for my firends.

Venezuala, simply another form of the bogus shares. The perpetrators simply
produced faked documents. The foresnsic on this is devastating . As in my pr
agreed to look and consider never
agreed to anything, had a look , found a black hole.
