I have done so and am actually fairly knowledgeable about their company. I am not disparaging their company, they are really very good at doing what they do. And they are the "go to" PR house in BK proceedings.

That said... Sitrick is a VERY EXPENSIVE "spin doctor" and to me would be unnecessary unless Exide had some really hard sell plan in the offing.

Time will tell.
