Nobody accused Vic of being a convict. But I have accused him of being dishonest about is background in terms of padding his resume with a lot of nonsense, and omitting things that distort reality. For example, here is his bio that MPIX submitted in it's April 26th PR announcing his appointment as MPIX's CEO.

However no place on this MPIX PR did it mention the fact that he was CEO of Blue Frog, a company that, like MPIX, also had lots of "claims". Blue Frog went bankrupt under Victor Siegal's watch, they folded up shop and never to be heard from again. (see link)

Why do you suppose MPIX didn't mention Victor's CEO position at Blue Frog? You see folks it's not just what MPIX tells you, it's what MPIX conveniently doesn't tell you.
