If I was a CEO planning to make millions by dumping, I know I wouldn't want to do it in the 000's when I easily have the power to push that into the 00 or at least high 000's and make significantly more profit, while pushing far more volume in one fell swoop. Insider dumping just doesn't make sense right now. I understand why you would say that, but psychologically and financially, that would be a terrible decision from the insiders. It would be such a waste of time and effort.
