Signal reversal bounce triggered with AMEX block at 14:03:25 under bid at 2.91 for 39,900 shares fliped 1 second later to NASD at 3.01...another great get by Specialist.

Stock then traded finally down to that price 1 to 5 minutes later.

Low note the volume spike.
