we are showing resistance at $ 3.48 and $ 3.53. My guess is, after2 quarters of analyst over estimating, NES will finally beat estimates for Q2. Considering their past history with increased revenues, and this being the first full quarter with Powerfuel's added revenue stream, plus much less extreme weather. I see this running to $4.00-$4.30 range in the next 1.5-2 months; especially considering their past history of continued revenue growth, and the fact that they have greatly reduced costs from acquisitions and buildout. We should see major rewards from all the past investment, in this quarter.

The stock is still technically over valued even at these prices, but I think that they will quickly catch up to valuation and surpass it, for long term gains on the share price.

TLDR: $4-$4.30 in the next couple months, with a steady rise in long term share price.
