...again, I agree.................note that United Western Bank via BS asked to withdraw the APPEAL.........................and made mention of the "Chapter 7" proceedings.............and we (UWBKQ the bank holding company) chose not to fight the "7" vs. "11", as directed by the BK Trustee(s) ..................

...legalities, of course............bottom line: what the H is the settlement........??????...........even if it's some wildly concocted maze of cash and stock.............the s/p would spike past $2..............whether it's 'harvey', frankie doing a rusty trombone...........or cash on the barrel head...............AIMHO.......
