Wilma this is my personal speculation but the company that fits the profile of the lastest contract is a company called Duke Energy. http://www.duke-energy.com/about-us/default.asp

Contracts are contracts and all contracts are good but if this is the case and UBRG will spill more beans about it eventually, NDR is now on board with Duke.. big positive.
