FACTS are hard to come by in this arena so you have to use your experience along with filings to see why the price stays low with all these "big buys" going on. If this was NASDAQ or NYSE one of two thing would have happened. The price would have gone up or there would be an investigation into the sideways trading with no planned sales. All just IMHO. I've been wrong before but if you check my post history with current share prices of those companies you might understand. 13 years of watching this crap makes me want to "inform" the newbies like I was but decided to ignore.
